Anxiously Awaiting Ming
Yes, We are anxiously awaiting "Ming"! That is her name for now. I started to call her Ming so I didn't have to keep saying "Our baby from China!
" I laughed the first time I said it to Dawson and it has kinda just stuck. Everyone, friends and family, refer to her as "Ming" too. I will keep you posted on a future name...Dawson and I can't seem to decide. Dawson is stuck on the name Evan. I like that name as well, however, I also like Emma, Olivia, Ella, Drew, Emily, Avery, Kylie, and Quinn. I know there are more but that is all I can think of right now. We want to wait and see what her Chinese name is so we can possibly use that somehow! Dawson thinks "Ming" should be, at least, her middle name!
We have been waiting far too long it seems, but we can almost see some light at the end of the tunnel. We have to update some paperwork because ours will be expiring in January. It has to be valid throughout your travels in China. We are tracking emails from Great Wall Adoptions for other families receiving their referral. From what we can predict, we are hoping to get our referral (picture and info. of little Ming) for Christmas. I couldn't plan on getting any better present than that! More later, Julie

We are praying for you every day. You will be the best parents in the world. You and all your friends(including us) will surround Ming with so much love and care that she will surelly grow up a beautiful person like her parents.

I think I can safely say we are ALL anxiously waiting. Ming is the luckiest girl in the world to have so many people waiting for her and loving her even before meeting her... Christmas will be here before we know it, and with it, our lovely gift!
